Me and my date had a delicious dinner and the Salsa music was great.The service was great, the waitress was very nice, but when we getting to leave, she asked multiple times about the service, food, drinks, probably from not tipping right away. I paid with my CC, and as we where walking out I gave her a cash tip. Patience is everything...

My boyfriend and I, keep coming back. The food here is amazing, the service is amazing. It feels like we are coming home for dinner. Adry is the absolute best, and we come back because of her! She really makes you feel like family. This is our favorite spot to go eat. We will absolutely be back!!!

Me and my girlfriend always come here coming out twice a week the chicken can’t match it anywhere. The service is great. The shots are filled to the top. This isn’t your average American spot. This is a Dominican place ! Food always comes out top-tier. Adry is a bartender there and she makes it feel like home and it really is. It’s 10:02 pm and I’m writing this review because of how well my girlfriend and I were taken really good care of here.

We ordered food from this restaurant for My company's Christmas party and it was amazing from the oxtails 5* to the pepper steak ... Can't forget about the roast pork, and stewed chicken... We will definitely be ordering again! everyone was extremely satisfied with the quality of food service and taste!

Such a nice spot in Staten Island. I've been there for lunch. Nice virgin pina colada. I had used them ro cater our holiday party. They gave us a lot of good food.

We had an amazing experience at El Pollo Restaurant thanks to our waitress, Adriana. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Adriana was attentive without ever being overbearing—she anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and made sure our drinks and food came out perfectly timed. She gave us excellent recommendations and really knew the menu, which made ordering so easy. What stood out most was her genuine friendliness and professionalism—she truly went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. Adriana is a big reason why we’ll be coming back to El Pollo. If you visit, ask for her—you won’t be disappointed!
